Question #1:

I have teams that work Agile, but other teams work in a more traditional waterfall method. Does Meisterplan work with teams using different project management methods?

 

Answer:

Yes, Meisterplan can combine teams and projects regardless of how the work is being executed and is ideal for organizations that operate with hybrid project management. Both traditional and Agile project information can be shown together so you can plan your projects and resources without changing the way your teams work.

Question #2:

What options are available for importing project data into Meisterplan?

 

Answer:

Meisterplan has many native integrations to help import your project data as easily as possible. Some of our most popular native integrations include Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow and CA Clarity. To see all of our native integrations, visit our integrations page. We also have a REST API for connecting other SaaS and on-premise products. For quick and easy integration of other tools, you can also use our Zapier integration.

Do you support single sign-on?

 

Answer:

Yes, you can utilize single sign-on with Meisterplan to make it easier to manage your Meisterplan account.

Question #4:

Can I restrict access to Meisterplan for certain users like stakeholders and project managers?

 

Answer:

Yes, you can configure exactly who has the right to read, create and edit in Meisterplan. You can do this for individual users or for entire user groups. This prevents accidental changes to your portfolios and gives organizations a level of privacy for sensitive projects like mergers that are not ready for organization-wide communication. Configuring access also provides a more customized experience for users. For example, you can configure portfolios, scenarios and reports for your organization’s leadership so they don’t have to sift through data that is not relevant for them.

My company utilizes Power BI. Can I connect it to Meisterplan?

 

Answer:

Yes, you connect Meisterplan and PowerBI to give you an even bigger picture of planning in your organization. Our API makes it easy to connect the data from Meisterplan to any number of advanced reporting tools like PowerBI, Tableau and CliqView.

Can I import my own priority from Clarity?

 

Answer:

Yes. Meisterplan has a native Clarity integration that can be configured to meet your specific needs.
