Coming Soon: Optimized Scenarios
Define parameters such as deadlines or priorities and let the algorithm calculate mathematically sound scenario alternatives. You can then evaluate and adopt the new scenario in a side-by-side comparison.
Planned: Bring Your Own AI (MCP)
Leverage your established enterprise assistant (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for Meisterplan data. Thanks to Model Context Protocol (MCP) support, you can securely integrate Meisterplan data into your existing AI environment.

All Meisterplan AI features are disabled by default. Your users can only work with Meisterplan AI once you activate it. You can deactivate all Meisterplan AI features again at any time.

Data privacy is an integral part of Meisterplan AI, not just a footnote. Your data never leaves your familiar, secure context and is not used to train any public models.
During development, we placed great emphasis on reducing the risk of “hallucinations”. Meisterplan AI functions as an intelligent assistant that processes only the information already present in your project in a structured manner. It is instructed not to invent fictitious project data and to act cautiously in situations of uncertainty. For this, we rely on Anthropic’s advanced Claude model family. These models are trained using the “Constitutional AI” approach to act with particular objectivity and certainty.
No. Your project and customer data are not used in the training or further development of the AI models. Your data is used exclusively to process your current request and is not stored or shared with third parties (such as Anthropic) afterwards.
You can save your own prompts within Meisterplan to be used again in the future.
Conversation histories are not stored permanently.
We use Amazon Bedrock, a highly secure infrastructure within AWS. Processing takes place in certified data centers (in either the EU or the USA, depending on your configuration). The same strict security standards you’ve come to expect from Meisterplan apply (GDPR compliant, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
Data transmission is encrypted using TLS.
Transparency is important to us. Every AI-powered feature is clearly marked with symbols and labels (e.g., “AI Summaries”). This way, you and your team always know when artificial intelligence has provided support.
The AI features are disabled by default. Here’s how to get started:
- Define Permissions: Trial users have full access and can activate Meisterplan AI and beta features. Existing users may require additional permissions. If you are missing any features, your system administrator can assist you.
- Activate Meisterplan AI: In the settings, navigate to “Integrations” and activate “Meisterplan AI”.
- Activate the beta program: As our AI features are currently in beta, please also activate the beta program in your account under “Manage”. (Help Center)
