All Meisterplan AI features are disabled by default. Your users can only work with Meisterplan AI once you activate it. You can deactivate all Meisterplan AI features again at any time.

No. Your project and customer data are not used in the training or further development of the AI models. Your data is used exclusively to process your current request and is not stored or shared with third parties (such as Anthropic) afterwards.
You can save your own prompts within Meisterplan to be used again in the future.
Conversation histories are not stored permanently.
We use Amazon Bedrock, a highly secure infrastructure within AWS. Processing takes place in certified data centers (in either the EU or the USA, depending on your configuration). The same strict security standards you’ve come to expect from Meisterplan apply (GDPR compliant, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
Data transmission is encrypted using TLS.
Transparency is important to us. Every AI-powered feature is clearly marked with symbols and labels (e.g., “AI Summaries”). This way, you and your team always know when artificial intelligence has provided support.
The AI features are disabled by default. Here’s how to get started:
- Define Permissions: Trial users have full access and can activate Meisterplan AI and beta features. Existing users may require additional permissions. If you are missing any features, your system administrator can assist you.
- Activate Meisterplan AI: In the settings, navigate to “IntegrationsIntegrationAn integration is a virtual interface that connects different software programs and enables automated data exchange between them. This allows for more efficient processes, better planning, and consistent information.” and activate “Meisterplan AI”.
- Activate the beta program: Some of our AI features might be in beta. In this case please also activate the beta program in your account under “Manage”. (Help Center)
