Yes, you can try Meisterplan for 30 days free of charge, no strings attached. You don’t need to enter credit card or bank details.

If you decide to order Meisterplan within the 30-day trial period, you can continue working with the data from your trial version – nothing is lost.

If you decide not to buy Meisterplan, you don’t need to do anything else. Your free Meisterplan system including all data will be automatically deleted after 30 days.

The trial version has the same functionality as the Pro Edition.

You can order Meisterplan in one of the following ways:

You can decide whether you want to enter into a contract with Meisterplan on an annual or monthly basis. Your contract will be automatically extended for the duration of the contract if it is not terminated before the end of the term. You can easily cancel your contract before the end of the contract term in the Customer Portal in your Meisterplan system or by email to sales@meisterplan.com.

You can choose where your Meisterplan system is hosted. Data centers are located in Oregon, USA and Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Our hosting provider AWS has several security certificates including ISO/IEC 27001 and Service Organization Control (SOC) report types 1, 2 and 3. For details on AWS’s compliance with security standards and information security certificates, please visit the provider’s compliance page.

It is also possible to operate on premise with the Premium Edition.

IT security is our top priority at Meisterplan. We have designed our infrastructure so that your data remains secure from entry to deletion. Have a look at our Trust Center:

Every employee that you book or assign to projects in Meisterplan counts as a resource. If you plan with roles instead of individual employees, each full-time equivalent counts as a resource (1 FTE = 1 resource). The two can also be combined as required.

Resources that are not yet or no longer working for your company can be given a corresponding entry or exit date. Only people who are active on the current date, and resources or roles planned in the future, are relevant for licensing.

Resources are easy to confuse with users. With all Editions, an unlimited number of users can access Meisterplan, regardless of how many resources you plan for.

A team does not count as a resource and therefore does not affect your pricing.

It is possible to change the resource package or Edition during a contract term or at the next contract renewal. You can adjust them at any time in the Customer Portal in your Meisterplan system or by contacting us at sales@meisterplan.com.
