The Methodology
To create the Vendor Selection Matrix™ 2025, a total of 1,000 IT executives with budget responsibility from a mix of upper mid-sized companies (with at least €50 million in annual revenue) and large enterprises were surveyed. The assessments of these potential customers account for 63% of the overall evaluation. These are supplemented by detailed interviews with software vendors and users, as well as by analyst evaluations. This combination provides a comprehensive and reliable view of the vendor landscape, making the Vendor Selection Matrix™ uniquely valuable.
