What You’ll Do
Pre-Sales (approx. 40%)
- Lead tailored demos that tell a clear value story for complex, enterprise environments.

- Run Proofs of Concept (PoCs) end‑to‑end, guiding prospects through hands‑on validation and securing buy‑in.
- Advise on integration strategy (options, architecture, and supporting services) to ensure scalable and achievable deployments.
Customer Success (approx. 60%)
- Own onboarding to accelerate time‑to‑value with configurations that support customer processes.
- Drive adoption and satisfaction through proactive, data‑driven engagement and executive alignment.
- Manage renewals and growth by building trusted relationships and uncovering expansion opportunities.
- Serve as an integration SME—educating customers on options and best practices to maximize value.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–6+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting/Sales Engineering, Implementation, or similar customer‑facing SaaS roles (enterprise/B2B preferred).
- Standout communication & storytelling skills across both technical and business audiences.
- Integration fluency—able to assess requirements and recommend the right built‑in capabilities; comfortable explaining trade‑offs and best practices.
