Over the past 2 decades, Christoph has continuously worked to improve the effectiveness of organizations, while improving the work life of those involved. His experience includes strategy development, strategy execution, agile transformation, product development, Post-Merger-Integration, and economics research. Today, Christoph is a Managing Director at Meisterplan, which he joined in 2015. Christoph primarily works on our solution approach (he invented the Lean PPM framework), and strives to create a consistent customer experience for all customers across all touchpoints. Prior to that, he worked as a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and ran a FinTech company, 3C.
