Over the past 2 decades, Christoph has continuously worked to improve the effectiveness of organizations, while improving the work life of those involved. His experience includes strategy development, strategy execution, agile transformation, product development, Post-Merger-Integration, and economics research. Today, Christoph is an Executive Director at Meisterplan, which he joined in 2015. Christoph primarily works on our solution approach (he invented the Lean PPM framework), and strives to create a consistent customer experience for all customers across all touchpoints. Prior to that, he worked as a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and ran a FinTech company, 3C.
