The Meisterplan Roundtable

Initiated by one of our customers, the first Meisterplan Roundtable was held in November 2018 in order to give our customers an opportunity to share and discuss their experiences and best practices with Meisterplan.
Due to its huge success, we are excited to now offer a monthly Roundtable, where you can share your Meisterplan experiences and discuss any questions that might have come up. In order to provide the best value, we will have a maximum number of 10 participants per Roundtable – so you´d better sign up soon!

What drew Manuel Schneider to Meisterplan was that the team sets great goals – and takes them seriously. This made him return to the Meisterplan headquarters in Tuebingen after completing his studies and traveling through Tanzania, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand. Now, he is a Customer Success Manager and develops project portfolio management solutions for our customers. After work, Manuel likes to play Ultimate Frisbee. He says, “it’s like football with a frisbee minus the tackling. And it’s even cooler than it sounds!”

Life is full of unforeseen events, like your key resources in projects suddenly changing jobs or going on parental leave. This results in trouble delivering your projects in time and budget and reduces their feasibility. But it’s even more complex if multiple, interacting projects are involved to be considered when reacting to sudden changes. As part of the Customer Success Team at Meisterplan, Jana helps customers make plans that work by helping them to establish a sustainable and lean project portfolio management process. To challenge her optimism, spontaneity and improvisation skills, Jana loves to explore the world by hitchhiking in her leisure time – she never knows, where she will end up and it really forces her to trust in the good in people.
