Meisterplan Highlights for Team Members

• We’ve developed a well-rounded and practical view for your team members this year: My Projects. By linking your users with their resource, your team members can have easy access to see what they are working on when, all in the comfort of their own view.
• Our newest update to My Projects allows your team members to track their own time, solidifying Meisterplan’s place as the one source of truth for your project portfolio management throughout the organization.

Meisterplan Highlights for Resource Managers

• For the resource manager, the Team Planner is your best friend. We’ve built out functionalities so that using it is as intuitive and effortless as your favorite spreadsheet tool. You can staff roles with the click of a button, replace resources with other resources in the blink of an eye and quickly undo mistakes with the use of CTRL+Z.
• What’s more? You can use this view now to take advantage of our improved absences and part-time working models functionality, where you can see if your team members are gone temporarily, or have somehow changed their contract, so you can plan your team to the best of your abilities.

Meisterplan Highlights for Project Managers

• Fear not project managers! We’ve got you covered with the newest capabilities in the Project Details. Want to allocate your team? You can do so right from the comfort of the view you’re used to with the new Allocations Tab.
• If that doesn’t suit you, you can create your own custom tabs in the Project Details – now you can focus on your Financials or Milestones, or whatever else best suits your workflow.

Meisterplan Highlights for PMO Directors

• PMO Directors can now take full advantage of Actual Financial Events and budgets divided between CapEx and OpEx.
