There is a current Data Processing Agreement between Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL and itdesign GmbH in place.
Processed Data
Content data (input data in Meisterplan), usage data (e.g. access times), meta/communication data (e.g. device information, IP addresses).
The data of the systems with a Meisterplan URL beginning with eu, e.g. eu.meisterplan.com/, are processed exclusively in the European Union.
Server Location
Germany (for all customers with a Meisterplan URL, beginning with eu, e.g. eu.meisterplan.com/). When activating Meisterplan AI: Data center regions located in the EU.
USA (for all customers with a Meisterplan URL, beginning with us, e.g. us.meisterplan.com/). When activating Meisterplan AI: Data center region Oregon, USA.

Contractual Basis; Data Transfer
A data processing agreement exists between Mailgun Technologies, Inc. and itdesign GmbH. The processed data is transferred to and stored on a Mailgun Technologies, Inc. server in Germany. In addition, an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed for the cooperation due to the certification of Mailgun Technologies, Inc. under the adequacy decision (EU U.S. Data Privacy Framework).
Processed Data
Personal data is transmitted only to a limited, clearly defined extent (e mail address, user name).

PARAGON – INTEGRATION OF TASK MANAGEMENT TOOLS WITHIN MEISTERPLAN
We offer you the option to use an additional feature within your Meisterplan application through the subprocessor specified below, which enables the convenient transfer of data from your task management tools, such as Microsoft Planner or Smartsheet.
This feature is available for all users that created a Meisterplan trial version before March 19th 2026. For all existing customers or trial users before March 19 2026, this feature is turned off and needs to be activated first.
Please note: By activating this optional feature, you expressly agree to the use of this functionality and the involvement of the new subprocessor.

We use the software Paragon to transfer data from task management tools, such as Microsoft Planner or Smartsheet, into Meisterplan. No data will be transmitted until you have activated the Paragon feature and entered your access credentials in Meisterplan.
The data is processed on behalf of the customer in accordance with Article 28 GDPR under the Data Processing Agreement (Part II of the Meisterplan Software as a Service Terms).
Contractual Basis; Data Transfer
We have entered into a data processing agreement with Paragon pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Data transfer takes place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses.
Processed Data
Information on projects and tasks that you have stored in the connected task management tools. Specifically, this includes information on projects, tasks, and resource assignments.
