Thomas learned the meaning of managing scarce resources during his time as an organizational sciences student – usually around the middle of the month when, once again, there was more month left than money. In the ensuing 10 years as a customer service representative and project manager in the financial services sector, he came to realize that not every call (for more time and capacity) produces an echo. Today, Thomas is as head of customer success responsible for advising Meisterplan customers on lean PPM.
